It's a minor bug fix, but you can always save the copy you currently have and restore it if it breaks. Nothing in the database changed that would make it not work. My installation of WordPress is currently showing me that v0.4.7 is available for update, but there is nothing about that version here on your site. Is this a necessary or recommended update?
